Motor vehicles cannot circulate on roads and public places, without being insured according to the legislative dispositions in force for civil liability to third parties.

Anyone who drives without insurance is punished by an administrative measure with a fine and is obliged to pay all the damages caused while using the motor vehicle.

The insured must notify the police and the insurance company, in this case SIGAL, of the loss of insurance and provide a duplicate at SIGAL sales points.
