How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your TeleShëndet account, send an email to the official address below using the email address registered with your application account.

If your account was registered using a phone number, please include it in your request to help identify your account.

What Should Your Request Include?

To verify account ownership, your request must be sent from the email address registered with TeleShëndet.

• Your full name
• Your registered email address
• The phone number associated with your account, if applicable
• A clear request to delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request has been verified and processed, SIGAL will delete your account and associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.

• Your account and user profile
• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your profile photo, if provided
• Uploaded comments and documents, where their retention is not legally required

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data, including medical visit records and other information related to the services provided, may be retained where required by applicable law.

Such data will be retained only for the period required by the applicable legislation and handled in accordance with relevant personal data protection requirements.
